The anticipation for his project has been driven past the point of what’s normally acceptable, but fans continue to hold on to hope for the release of Dr. Dre’s Detox, a project Game says the producer is putting "100 percent" into.

His work on Detox aside, Dre has also been putting his hands on Game’s project, The R.E.D., and the two have been hard at work on perfecting the effort.

"If you get in the studio with Dre you best be prepared to be there for a long time ’cause he gonna coach you word for word until he gets you to 100 percent where he wants it to be," he told XXLMag.com. "You gonna be in there all night working on one verse."

While The R.E.D. has finally been stamped with a release date and Detox is still dangling in the wind, but the two are still glued to the studio tweaking, touching, and retouching the records.

"We recording every single day working on Detox and working on The R.E.D. album," he revealed. "It just feels good for me to be back in the studio with the big homie and working on my project."

The Game’s The R.E.D. album is due in stores on February 16.
