The Game was reportedly arrested friday night (May 11) on suspicion of making criminal threats after police searched the rapper’s Glendale, CA home for more than three hours. He was released shortly after posting $50,000 bail.

According to the Associated Press a spokesperson for the Los Angeles Police Department said the arrest was related to an incident that occurred in February. She declined to elaborate and it is not known what the police officers were searching for in his apartment.

Police in the UK obtained a court order that forced a club to close for 24 hours to stop a concert by American rapper Lloyd Banks, amid fears that the show will attract gang members.

According to the Derby Telegraph, over 600 fans bought tickets to see the G-Unit member perform at club T-Five tomorrow (May 5) in Derby.

After almost three months since their highly publicized arrests, DJ Drama and DJ Cannon recently revealed various details about their studio’s raid and their pending case.

Drama (born Tyree Simmons) and Cannon (born Donald Cannon), were both arrested and charged in January for making and selling illegal CDs after a raid of their downtown Atlanta office/studio by the RIAA and Georgia police.
