Lil Wayne Phones In “Carter IV” Bars From Behind Bars
Lil Wayne’s highly anticipated Carter IV may be taking shape according to labelmate Drake, who has spilled the beans on his incarcerated boss’ raps via prison phones.
While keeping details brief, Drizzy said Weezy’s bars have pressured him to step up his own skills.
"He called me the other day from jail and rapped me two verses, man," Drake said referring to Wayne. "It really made me, like, ‘I gotta do something different. I gotta get sh– together,’ because he’s really got bars and he’s rapping from a broader life perspective, saying these things people love to hear."

Def Jam South President DJ Khaled has discussed his interest to work with Grammy-winning rapper Eminem and promised their collaboration would be the emcee’s biggest anthem ever.
Although they have not yet worked together, Khaled is confident in their chemistry.
"When I do get in the studio with him, I promise you, we gon’ make something so f*cking crazy. I’m telling Eminem right now, if we get in the studio I know that I’m going to get the best out of Eminem, and he’s going to write the most incredible verse that he’s ever written in his life, and it’s going to be the biggest f*cking anthem in the streets and it’s going to be the biggest anthem when we get together, and I know this for a fact, and God willing, it’s going to happen.

Kanye West’s “G.O.O.D. Music Day” Releases Face Setback, Album Title In Question
New releases from Kanye West and Kid Cudi have received slight alterations which will impact the original star-studded line-up of albums set to drop on "G.O.O.D. Music Day" in September.
The first change is with Kanye West’s original Good A** Job album title being dropped.
"The album is no longer called "Good A** Job" I’m bouncing a couple of titles around now," Kanye West revealed via his new Twitter page on Wednesday (July 28). (Kanye West’s Twitter http://twitter.com/kanyewest )
Another alteration includes the new release date of Kid Cudi’s Man on the Moon 2 which was originally slated to come out on September 14th.

Young Money’s Drake recently weighed in on Lil Wayne’s upcoming I’m Not A Human Being EP and revealed his guest appearance on the project.
Drake is also confident that rap fans are anxiously awaiting the new project.

Def Jam juggernaut Rick Ross’ Teflon Don opened up this week at No. 2. Making his first non-number one solo debut, the "Boss" was able to shell out 176,700 pieces after seven days in stores.
Young Money rapper Drake’s Thank Me Later moved down a notch selling 43,400. After six weeks on the charts, Drizzy’s long-awaited debut continues to move units resting at 880,500 sold copies.
