Rapper Chamillionaire has revealed the tracklisting for his new upcoming sophomore album Ultimate Victory, as we all a new contest for his fans.The Houston, Texas Grammy Award winning rapper will be giving away 600 commemorative plaques to various fans that support and Ultimate Victory when it hits stores on September 18.

Fans who purchase the album must send in their official receipt of purchase.

The rapper will autograph and give out 100 plaques upon the album’s release, 200 when the album hits gold (500,000 units) and another 300 when the album is certified platinum (1 million units) (over 1 million units sold).

Snoop Dogg will take the mic as host of the MTV Europe Music Awards, to be held Nov. 1 at Munich’s OlympiaHalle. Organizers are keeping quiet on the lineup, apart from today (Aug. 30) confirming performances from American rock staple Foo Fighters and European chart-topping pop artist Mika.

"The challenge remains to keep this event at the forefront of these types of shows. Our goal is to make this one the leader of the pack, the one others want to copy," Richard Godfrey, senior VP for MTV Networks International and executive producer for the EMAs tells Billboard.com.

In a break from tradition, MTV Europe is opening up its voting process to allow the European public to decide nominees and winners for all categories, each of which have been renamed from previous editions.
