The album’s first single, "Not A Criminal," which features Kelis, addresses the adversity and prejudices the Houston bred rapper faces because of his success.

Grammy-nominated producer Timbaland is preparing to unveil his second solo album, Timbaland Presents Shock Value this March.

Shock Value boasts a genre-bending lineup of guest appearances that range from rap stars Jay-Z and Snoop Dogg to rock acts The Hives and Fall Out Boy, while also welcoming both the legendary Elton John on piano as well as singers M.I.A. and Keri Hilson - who, like Nelly Furtado, is signed to Timbaland’s Mosely Music Group through a joint venture with Interscope.

Chamillionaire has publicily announced that he is not the e-mail source distributing information about a possible "set-up" of the RIAA raid and arrest of DJ Drama and DJ Cannon by music distributor BCD Music Group.

Last week a source revealed they believed that music distributor BCD Music Group was behind the raid as payback for a lawsuit that DJ Drama had apparently won against the company. Though the information published was strictly gossip, it was taken out of context and allegedly forwarded by email to hundreds of music industry insiders as fact from the tmail address of someone claiming to be or affiliated with Chamillionaire. But Chamillionaire responds that he had no role in disseminating the rumor and has no ill will toward BCD.

With Prodigy prepping his upcoming CD Return of the Mac, SOHH went one on one with the Mobb Deep rapper about getting his independent money, working with The Alchemist and bringing his videos straight to the people.

While Return of the Mac will be coming out through Koch Records, Prodigy has no intention of leaving the G-Unit camp permanently.

An official release date for Young Buck’s highly anticipated sophomore album, Buck The World, has been confirmed.

According to an Interscope representative, Buck The World will now hit stores on March 20. The album features production from Hi-Tek, Dr. Dre, Lil Jon, Jazze Pha, Jake One and Needlz, among others.

Twista is set to release his 7th studio album entitled Adrenaline Rush 2010 this summer.

The unnamed album, which is a follow-up to 2005’s platinum-selling The Day After, features guest appearances from Lil’ Wayne, Snoop Dogg, Pharell, Cee-Lo Green, Saigon and fellow Chicagoan R. Kelly. The disc is also rumored to include a collaboration between Twista and one-time rival act, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony.
